Main Residence

A thoughtfully designed two-story home offering elegant spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and connection — all framed by panoramic alpine vistas.

First Floor

• Master Bedroom & Ensuite: A secluded retreat at one end of the house, featuring a private spa pool and direct outdoor access — perfect for stargazing soaks.

• Terrace & Wellness Wing: The sun-drenched terrace connects to the Whiskey Room, which opens onto the cold plunge pool and infrared sauna — a wellness sanctuary right at your doorstep.

• Private Office: A quiet space ideal for reading, remote work, or reflection.

• Open-Plan Living Area: At the heart of the home, the spacious lounge flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive alpine views.

• Chef’s Prep Kitchen & Service Area: Tucked behind the main kitchen, this area includes additional prep space, a guest restroom, and access to the garage and home gym.

Lower Level

• Four Guest Bedrooms: Located on the lower level, each beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort.
